Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic formed by the polymerization of propylene monomers and is an important variety of general-purpose plastics. The main features are as follows:
1.Lightweight and hard: low density (0.9g/cm³), but higher mechanical strength than polyethylene;
2.Good heat resistance: continuous use temperature can reach 100~120℃, and can be boiled for sterilization;
3.Chemical resistance: resistant to acids, alkalis, greases and organic solvents (except strong oxidants);
4.Insulation and moisture-proof: excellent electrical insulation and waterproofness;
5.Easy to process: can be formed by injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, etc.
