Termite-Protection Masterbatch

Product Introduction

Anti-termite masterbatch is a functional masterbatch that incorporates special effective ingredients that repel or kill termites and is uniformly dispersed in a plastic substrate (such as PE, PP, PVC, etc.). It is mixed with ordinary plastics during processing to give the final product long-term protection against termite infestation.

1. Highly Effective Termite Protection, Protecting Product Structural Integrity

By using a chemical barrier, termites are prevented from gnawing, preventing damage to critical infrastructure such as plastic pipes, cable sheaths, and building materials, significantly extending their service life.

2. Long-Lasting and Highly Stable

The active ingredient is evenly distributed throughout the product using slow-release technology, making it resistant to migration and hydrolysis. The protective effect can last for years or even decades (depending on the formulation and concentration).

3. Environmentally Friendly and Low-Toxicity, Safe to Use

Most termite-resistant masterbatches use environmentally friendly insecticides (such as pyrethroids), with low toxicity to mammals, complying with RoHS, REACH, and other environmental regulations.

4. Convenient Processing and Controllable Costs

The masterbatch can be directly blended with raw materials for injection molding and extrusion, requiring no further processing, simplifying the production process, and the dosage is controllable (typically 1%~5%).
